Exchange Policies [Strictly NO REFUND]

Before Delivery

We will take photos of the items & parcel being mailed out to customers.

This is to proof the condition of the items are in good conditions before mailing out.

We will check every items carefully in assure good qualities.

Exchange  (Strictly NO REFUND)
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Exchanges have to be made within 7 days upon purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Full original packagings & original receipt must be shown upon exchange.

We will only replace items if there are any manufacturer defects or incorrect item sent or any damages caused by delivery couriers. Please note that any damages or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for an exchange.

If you need any exchange , kindly send us an email at enquiry@princeandprincessmarketing.com with photos of proof of the defected products.

We will inform you when you can come down to our shop at: 50 East Coast Road #02-42 Roxy Square Singapore  SG 428769  to make the exchange. (Mon-Fri 12.30-6pm)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 Additional non-exchangable items:
Gift cards
Intimate Lingeries / Underwears items
Free-size items (Please look at the measurements given before purchasing)

Definition of Manufacturer defects

-Major stain(light colour clothes especially). Stains larger than ten-cent coin diameter.

-Major thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, Major mis-alignment of the seams.

-Mechanism defects

There are certain situations where NO exchange will be given: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Other Conditions

Size: Measurement given are subject to max +/- 2-3cm tolerance. 

Colour: The colours shown on your monitor may be slightly different from the actual                           colours due to different situations.

Gifts Cards
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
 
Shipping

Customers will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item & re-posting of the exchange item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping the items back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case of any loss of your returned item by shipping services, we will not be responsible.
